VoIP Virus Continues To Infect Businesses

VoIP BugsIt seems like it was just yesterday that the VoIP bug started spreading rampantly through every local business and call center in the industry. As the saying goes”If it is not broken do not fix it!”, I like to say “If you can save money why not?” after all gas isn’t getting any cheaper. However among the many happy business owners out there reaping VoIP’s benefits there are a few people who just refuse to make the switch to Voice over IP Technology. These business owners have continued to let the traditional phone companies rape their bottom lines with outlandish bills and antiquated technology; while the feature rich VoIP customer stands across the street getting phone service for less than half the cost.

Besides cost saving, you are getting fancy features that they don’t offer. You probably don’t know it, but your traditional phone companies’ systems lack many features provided free with VoIP services. These features are endless and range from: voice mails being delivered straight to your email in .wav files and the famous ‘find-me-follow-me’ feature. This feature enables incoming calls to your phone system to ring more than one phone at a time, say your desk phone, and your cell phone while you are out and expecting that sales call. To push the expectations even more the features are endless because VoIP is based on a software platform that can be programmed to make custom changes to provide the features your business needs.

These features are pretty amazing with VoIP technology that most people can not live without them once they have started to use them.  However when you hear more features you may tend to see the dollar sign turning higher digits on your bank accounts balance, but wait a second.  About 95% of these features come standard with your VoIP phone service at no extra charge.  You may be wondering what the catch is, right? Well rest assured there is no catch with this service. In all actuality having a VoIP service for your small or large business will normally cut your phone bill in half.

So the next time you see the news about gas prices rising you might want to consider catching the VoIP Virus.
